Publisher's original green cloth covers with black leather spine, gilt lettering on spine and front, 8vo, pp 63, 8, 23, 19, 7, 8, 10, followed by leaflets of which 3 are fold-outs.

Very good with foxing to outer edges, internally bright clean pages.
