Light chipping to dustcover, now protected. All paintings beautifully preserved. Contents: Translated from the original Polish by Witold Ostrowski. Monograph on Bernardo Bellotto (1720-1780), called Canalleto the younger, a court painter for the King of Poland Stanislaus II Augustus Poniatowski. His paintings recorded the features of Warsaw, architecture, street scenes, and Polish society.
